Due to the nature of custom personalized stationary and digital remote interior design services, all sales are final once work has begun or the product has shipped. If you receive defective, damaged, or incorrect items, please notify us within 7 days of receipt at info@rachelerindesign.com so we can resolve the issue. Refunds or exchanges are granted at our discretion.
