Payment Terms
We accept payments via PayPal or as otherwise agreed. Payment is due at the time of purchase. Orders will not be processed until payment is received in full. Any payment issues will be handled through the payment provider.
Order Cancellation Policy
Because our personalized stationary is custom made and interior design services are digital and customized, cancellations are only accepted before work begins or production starts. Please contact us immediately at info@rachelerindesign.com if you wish to cancel an order. Once work has commenced, cancellations are not accepted.
